We, Fernando, Pradip and Carlos, the founders of Santo Mexican Kitchen and Margarita Bar, have a long and diverse background in the catering industry. We are passionate about good food, in every aspect and we know that quality counts. We take great care to source our ingredients as locally as possible keeping freshness and quality of experience firmly in mind.
Our aim is to create a multi-sensorial evening experience, blending Mexican modernism with eclectic music and a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. While during the day, we're offering a fast, healthy alternative for a satisfying lunch break; made to order burritos, quesadillas and tortas served up by our friendly staff with a fresh agua de jamaica or some freshly squeezed juices.
